Return & Refund Policy

At byCheri, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund process subject to the following terms.

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within two (2) hours of placing your order by contacting our customer support team at shopbycheri@gmail.com.

If your order has already been shipped, please follow the return instructions outlined below.

2. Return Conditions

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Return Period: Items may be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

• Item Condition: All returned items must be in their original condition, unused and suitable for resale, with all original tags and original packaging. Items that have been used, damaged, or returned without their original packaging may be subject to a partial refund or may be refused.

• Proof of Purchase: Valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email, is required for all returns.

• Restocking Fees: byCheri does not charge any restocking fees.

3. Return Instructions

To make a return, please follow the steps below:

1. Contact Customer Support: Email shopbycheri@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for your return, and photos if the item is defective or damaged.

2. Return Approval: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with all necessary instructions for returning your order.

3. Prepare Your Package: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging and make sure all accessories and tags are included.

4. Ship Your Return: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned package. Return shipping costs will only be covered by byCheri if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, as described in Section 5.

4. Refund Policy

• Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you a confirmation email. If your refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional time may be required before the refund appears in your account.

• Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming that your refund has been processed.

• Refund Not Received: If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account and then contact your bank or card issuer. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at shopbycheri@gmail.com.

5. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

• Defective or Damaged Items: If your order arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photos showing the defect or damage. We will cover the return shipping costs and offer either a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.

• Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an item different from the one you ordered, such as the wrong size, colour, or product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent and cover all return shipping costs associated with our error.

• Lost Packages: Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information about the procedure for lost packages.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, colour, or product, please follow the return procedure described above for the original item and then place a new order through our website.
